When I brought my car back yesterday (for the second time),you never once made me feel like I was just being “too picky” about the noise I was experiencing after the new brakes had been installed the previous Saturday (Aug. 4th). In any event, I just wanted you to know that I truly appreciated how courteous I was treated by you and your staff and how promptly my car was repaired. "I have had my BMW Convertible 325CI for just over 1 year and have just less than 6,000 miles on the car. I had to bring it in for servicing on my A/C unit and they did a 30-point Safety Inspection. I have owned Jaguars and Acura’s before I leased my current BMW and have never had the kind of cooperation from a service department. We are quick to complain about problems, but should also give praise where it is due. I received immediate responses to my calls and was treated with the utmost respect. If I had any reservations on whether or not to get another BMW it was just decided on his handling of my problem. Thank you for making my 1st service a pleasant one."
"Marlene Tapie is a more than a cut above. Her knowledge of the product and commitment to providing what I wanted, as opposed to what some boss wanted, were greatly appreciated. And her assistant Ashley was a great back-up for her, moving the transaction along with her own skill and knowledge. I thoroughly shopped vehicles in the class so I had the chance to interact with sales people representing all of the other major brands. BMW should be as proud of Ms. Tapie as its representative as it is of its vehicles, there aren't any finer people out there working for any competitor.
